1. Making a Purchase

Making a purchase with us is acceptance of all terms and conditions. Please read through these terms carefully as they will apply to any purchases made with us. Goods will only be dispatched once payment is received. Please take care when placing your order, we may not be able to rectify any mistakes before dispatch.

2. Pricing

NAVA Performance reserves the right to cancel orders without notice which are subject to pricing errors. NAVA Performance reserves the right to amend the price of products at any time. Our listed prices do not include delivery charges. Listed prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping

In our shipping options, 'next working day' relates to delivery time frames once an order is dispatched and not from the time of purchase. We are unable to guarantee next day processing of an order which may be affected by items out of stock, weekends, national holiday periods etc. You must inform us if the goods are lost or damaged in transit within 4 weeks of dispatch.

4. Returns

You may return items up to 28 days from receipt of the goods. All items must be sent back to us in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. We do not offer exchanges at this time. We cannot refund returns shipping charges.

5. Warranty

NAVA Performance offers a six-month statutory warranty on all products. Products are fully warranted with proof of purchase against defects in material and workmanship only. NAVA Performance will repair or replace, at its discretion any products found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are made in the original form of payment used, usually within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund has been processed. Refunds may take 3-5 working days to appear back into your account.

7. Promotional Codes & Discounts

When using a promotional code, please ensure you check the expiry date and code exclusions if applicable. Only one promotional code may be applied per order. We are unable to add a promotional code retrospectively if an order has already been placed. We reserve the right to withdraw promotional codes and offers at any time.

8. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of this website is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.

9. Copyright

All copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content are owned by or licensed to NAVA Performance or otherwise used by NAVA Performance as permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
